Team Descriptions

CHECK-IN
Welcome and help check in all vendors and volunteers by distributing their credentials and wristbands. Great for anyone who is detailed and enjoys customer service.

GUEST SERVICES
Welcome guests into the festival, park cars, answer any questions and help with security when needed. Customer service skills are a must for this team.

FACILITIES

The Facilities Team members help pick up trash, empty and replace trash cans, and help the farm remain clean throughout the week.

SECURITY

Safety and security are a top priority. The Security Team helps keep a safe environment for all guests by securing various entry points.

SETUP - FRIDAY

Assist in setting up the festival on Friday before Ichthus begins. You will work one shift (most likely 10 AM – 3 PM). Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift a minimum of 50 lb.

LOAD OUT - SATURDAY

Assist in clearing the stages on Saturday after concerts end at various stages (most likely 10:30 PM – 1:30 AM). Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift a minimum of 50 lb.

TEAR-DOWN - SUNDAY

Assist in tearing down the festival on Sunday morning. You will work one shift (most likely 9 AM – 2 PM). Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift a minimum of 50 lb.
 

STAGE HANDS - FRIDAY & SATURDAY

Assist in setting up and breaking down stages, preparing and maintaining work area for performers, moving equipment to and from storage spaces during set changes. Need volunteers for both Friday and Saturday.

TICKETING
Scan tickets and distribute wristbands, provide customer service, and welcome guests into Ichthus. Attention to detail, able to use an iPhone, and being friendly are the main requirements.

VENDING

Sell artist and/or Ichthus merchandise. Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle money are a must. Must be at least 18 years old.
