Event

Ichthus is a one-day festival designed to share the vision of the festival going forward, get people excited for Jesus, and most importantly give an opportunity for people to gather and worship on the festival grounds with chart-topping Christian artists both past and present. 

Festival Hours

The festival gates open to the public at 5:00 PM on Friday evening September 12  11:00 AM on Saturday, September 13, 2025. All vendors must be completely setup prior to this time. The festival closes around 9:45PM the same day. 

Set Up Time

Vendors are encouraged to setup on Friday afternoon/evening. If you are unable to setup on Friday you may setup on Saturday, September 13th anytime between 7:00AM and 10:30AM. All vendors must be in place by 10:30AM and any support/tow vehicles must be moved from the public ways by this time. 

Breakdown and Move out

While vendors may stop serving prior to the 9:45PM festival close time if they wish, they may not move their truck/tent/trailer or otherwise cause any distraction or obstruct other vendors or attendees until after festival closing and/or the Vendor Coordinator deems it safe to break down and move. All trash must be properly bagged and thrown in on-site dumpster or taken with them. 

Clean Up

Vendor is responsible for maintaining a clean and professional site at all times. Vendor is also responsible for leaving the grounds as they were found including disposing of all trash. Normal household trash (paper goods, etc.) must be taken off site or bagged and thrown in the onsite dumpster. Any non-household waste (cooking oils, etc.) must be taken off site and disposed of by vendor. 

Vendor Fees

1. Self-Contained Units (No Hook Ups Needed): Reservation fee is $100 which will reserve your spot. This fee is non-refundable. 

2. Water & Electric Units (Hook Ups Needed): Reservation fee is $200 if you need water and/or electric hook ups on site. - NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE.

3. Vendor agrees to donate 10% of gross sales to the ministry (a 501c3 non-profit organization) immediately following the event and prior to leaving festival grounds. Donation may be made via cash or check. (checks made out to The Beacon Foundation, Inc.)  

Insurance and Permits

All vendors shall maintain Public Liability & Products Liability Insurance of not less than $1,000,000 and Property Damage of not less than $1,000,000 per accident. Appropriate Certificates of Insurance are required. All permits and inspections are the responsibility of the vendor. 

Alcohol

No alcohol is to be sold. Alcohol is not allowed to be consumed on festival grounds by vendors or their staff/volunteers. 

Taxes

Vendor is responsible to pay all applicable taxes due on food sales per local and state law.   

Menu Items

Vendor must provide a menu to festival management at least three (3) weeks in advance including pricing.
